 Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is a critical member of the sales team who supports the sales executives and management with all systems and processes including developing sales reports, contracting, CRM updates, coordinating high profile meetings, assisting with travel, and monitoring significant industry information to educate the sales and management team. The Sales Coordinator is detail oriented, reliable, and organized.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years work experience in a relevant field
  • Advanced to expert knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proficient with Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SaleForce.com
  • Experience in reviewing documents such as contracts, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc…
  • Project Management experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales or account management experience
  • Information Technology experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to sit and work at a computer. The employee may need to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to travel (conferences, customers, meetings, etc…) up to 7%.
