Creating a Higher Standard
TSP approved vendor
ECN is a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) approved Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) level 3 vendor – the highest civilian level possible. This gives ECN priority treatment for the repair or to install new vital voice and data circuits or other telecommunications services to avoid interruptions in service. TSP provides the ability to maintain a state of readiness or to respond to and manage any event or crisis (local, national or international) that causes or could cause injury or harm to the population, damage to or loss of property or degrades or threatens the United States. Make sure your mass notification system vendor is TSP approved. To learn more about the program, visit the DHS website.
ECN has made a series of acquisitions that has given us an insider look at the industry. We are continuing to shift the notification industry from deceptive to transparent, offering a reliable, tested service at an unbeatable price to help protect vulnerable organizations from technologies that may fail them in times of great need.
There are many choices when it comes to mass notification systems, but each organization must determine the level of risk they are willing to take with this important technology. Some notification vendors tout a similar product for a lesser cost, however in most cases these are untested products provided at an unsustainable price. ECN does not want your use of an emergency notification system to be a disaster.
