ECN CEO, Wain Kellum, Named 2017 Distinguished Entrepreneur

Kellum recognized for 30 years of success as an enterprise software executive, working with rapid growth, turnaround, and start-up companies.

Ormond Beach, FL – [May 9, 2017] – Today Emergency Communications Network (ECN), one of the largest global providers of advanced critical communications and emergency notification systems, is honored to announce Wain Kellum, ECN CEO, as the 2017 E. Milton Bevington Distinguished Entrepreneur Award honoree from the MIT Enterprise Forum Atlanta (MITEF). As the Award winner, Mr. Kellum will be honored and act as the keynote speaker at the MITEF 2017 Distinguished Entrepreneur Gala to be held May 9, 2017 at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1345 Piedmont Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. 

Every two years, the MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta honors a remarkable entrepreneur for their contributions to the local economy through successful and innovative new enterprise.

Mr. Kellum is being honored for his 30 years of experience as an enterprise software executive, working with rapid growth, turnaround, and start-up companies across a variety of industries. He has been a successful CEO with six companies before joining the ECN team as CEO in October of 2016.
