Emergency Communications Network (ECN) Names Troy Harper as General Manager, Public Sector

In this role, Troy will continue to define the strategic direction and product enhancements for CodeRED, ECN’s flagship solution for crisis communications and notifications to the public and other groups served by all types of government agencies. In addition, he will now be responsible for other functions such as identifying and establishing key technology and industry partnerships, managing all government pre-sales consulting and implementation services resources, identifying and pursuing merger and acquisition opportunities, pricing of new and existing government solutions, and profitability and ROI measurement for all government operations.

Troy joined ECN in 2013, bringing more than 20 years of emergency services experience. He has been responsible for extensive planning, response and recovery activities throughout twelve major federally declared disasters and the daily operations of public safety activities.
